Brunch at Onkel A in Vejle. I loved this plate with a little bit of everything home-made. Tuna salad and Frikadelle tasted just perfect and carrot pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting was one of the best I've ever had. A bit pricey (of course it's Denmark) but strongly recommendable!
and laclette at friend's place. Comte based cheese melt on chicken, beef and veggies heavenly. My personal favorite was eggplant. Will try at home again before winter is over!
