PROLOGUE

Hello, my name is Mario.  I am a Japanese living in Germany with my Mexican-Brazilian husband.  I'm passionate about cooking and obsessed with  food from all over the world.

Setting my monthly budget on food expense 250 euros(!), I cook Asian dishes (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai and etc) and also Mexican and many other exotic cuisines as we miss food we grew up eating, like many other expats.  This blog is dedicated to record and share what's on my multi-national table everyday, hoping it gives inspiration to people who are having hard time deciding what to cook for dinner!  Constructive comments and exchange of knowledge is very welcome!!

I'm not a person with perseverance but I set my goal of 100 entries...
